We have a detailed policy page, but we'll summarize it here:

• You certify you are 18 or older.
• This is NOT a paid to surf site!
  
• The websites you promote must be deemed 'acceptable' by us:
  • No pop ups or slide-ins of any kind are permitted.
  • No frame-breakers.
  • No sexually explicit sites.
  • No url shorteners or redirects accepted.
    
  • No sites promoting violence or illegal activities.
  • No Sites with Sound allowed on Autosurf, only allowed on Manual and Hover surf.
    
  • No rotators are accepted except for Our own and other VS-TrEx sites.
  • Any sites not passed by our site scanner are approved.
    
  • We reserve the right to reject any site we deem offensive to our customer base.
  • Framebreakers could delete your account!
  • Bounced emails will lockout your account!
    
• We have a no-spam policy
  • We will not distribute your name or email address without your consent, except by court order.
  • We will disable, close accounts, and ban members who are proven to be spammers.
  • You also agree to surf the minimum number of sites to activate your account. then you will receive your bonus credits. You must submit at least one site to go into rotation.
    
  • Comcast, Aol & Yahoo email addresses are not accepted! Use gmail or similar.
  • You Must submit a "handle" when signing up! For contests and such, real names are NOT used.
    

To get started, simply fill out this form.  Once you click "sign me up", we'll record your information and send you a confirmation email.  The email will contain instructions for your next step.
